The following lessons and family examples contains parenting advice for children on some issues from professional Jo Frost-Supernanny who has over 15 years of experience at the time of their broadcasts. Through observation, instruction & application she shows parents how to discipline their children and regain order in the family and sanity for the parents. Jo Frost encourages intense communication and uses the timeout area, routine/reward method, and assignment lists methods when appropriate and strictly opposes spanking whenever possible.

For the Word of God says "My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge". "Fools die for a lack of understanding". "They are foolish; For they do not know the way of the LORD or the ordinance of God". (1 Cor. 2:16, Hosea 4:6, Proverbs 10:2, Jeremiah 5:4)

It will take quite a bit of effort in a short bit of time to train you and your children, however in the long run the efforts will likely reward you with a much better family experience. Whenever possible both parents should learn these lessons together. In many cases parents will also learn the difficulty that their behaviors will also need changing as well as the children. You may need to review these recommendations more than once to achieve the best results where everyone develops habits that are desirable.

Jo Frost spends 1 day making observations, takes notes to assess the behaviour and then devises a plan of actions. Once equipped with the following tools, dad & mom can observe, make notes and develop a plan together.
